For my famous person, I chose Tumuera Morrison to research about. We for the last step we had to print our report we had to publish it, decorate it and you could add some things that represent that person. The hardest thing was drawing the border around the page. The easiest and fun thing was drawing the Maori flag by the border.

Maths Mahi Investigation
For our investigation this week, we did a transformation which is translations, reflection and rotation. On my whole Maths Mahi, I fell back a little bit cause I needed to do some other work done. The hardest part was flipping the heart. The easiest thing was rotating the square because I just had to draw a square.
Option Workshops Reflect
During Term 2 and 3 the Whetū students have had the opportunity to be involved in a range of different workshops. The workshop that I have enjoyed participating in the most has been Dancing with Ms Frazer because I like music and it was nice to learn something new.
The new learning that I have learnt is being in science because of the experiments from the past terms. What I have most enjoyed about the workshops are doing art with Ms M because she is a really good artist and would really learn from her5 again. I am interested in learning more about music because my dream is to be a famous DJ one day.

Art
Today, we did a pop-up art. I drew two series which are Naruto and Boruto. The hardest part was colouring in the background of my art. The easiest thing was drawing Naruto which is in the top right corner. I chose to draw Naruto because he's my favourite character and he was the only thing I thought of.

Inquiry Presentation
For my inquiry presentation, I drew a poster for a question 'Should Animals live in Zoos'. Before we had to do our poster, we had to get some pros and some cons. My opinion for 'should animals be kept in Zoos' is yes and no because there are some bad things about Zoos and some good things about Zoos. Zoos help people with education and learning.

WK 5 Investigation Maths Mahi
For our wk 5 investigation we did an enlargement for geometry. Enlargement is drawing a picture bigger than the one you just looked at. For me, I did two hard one's which were a robot and a cat. The hardest part about them was drawing them on a big piece of paper. The exciting thing was drawing the other half.

Cross Country Reflection
This year I participated in the NPS Cross Country held at school on the Ngatea Domain. I ran in the 10yr old group. I am most proud of how much I pushed myself more in cross country training. I think my effort towards our training at school was like probably an average state. I have came 2nd to last at cross country. I know its not the best but I did my best and hopefully next time I can do better.
